The Lab is a 14-day daily practice experience. Not a course. Not a program with modules to complete and assignments to hand in.
It is a structured sequence of 5–10 minute daily practices – one per day – that progressively rebuild your relationship with your body’s intelligence.
Each day you receive:
- A short guided practice (audio or video)
- One reflection prompt — not journaling homework, just a single question to carry with you
- One micro-application: how to use what you just practiced in a real moment of your actual day
The sequence builds. Day 1 is not Day 7. By Day 14, you’re not just doing a reset, you have a repeatable personal practice.

How much time does this require?
5–10 minutes per day. That’s it. The practices are designed to be done before you start your day, during a transition, or in any pause you already have. You do not need to carve out special time.
Is this therapy or healing work?
No. This is a performance and regulation practice. It is not designed to process trauma or replace clinical support. If you are in acute mental health difficulty, please seek appropriate professional help first.
What format is the content delivered in?
Guided audio or short video practices, delivered daily via email. You can access them from any device.
What if I miss a day?
The practices don’t expire. You can move at your own pace. The sequence is designed to build progressively, so going in order is recommended — but life happens.
I’m already familiar with nervous system work / somatic practices. Is this still useful?
Yes — if you’re already educated but not yet consistent. The Lab is not about more information. It’s about a structured daily relationship with your own body’s signals. Most practitioners know more than they practice.
What happens after Day 14?
You’ll have your own Pleasure Intelligence Ritual — a personalized daily practice you built. For those who want to go deeper, there will be an invitation to the next level of work.
